Hucho is a genus of large piscivorous salmonid fish known as taimens. with the hucho taimen as the most famous species of this genus. gaints of up to 150cm and 45kg of this species get caught in Mongolia every year. In europe it's close relative Hucho Hucho or danube salmon is the largest salmonid of the continent.
